The website is owned, designed, maintained and operated by “Beating The Spread Guru Pty Ltd” – otherwise known as “BTS GURU” (We / Us) within these terms and conditions. These terms act as a legally binding contract between BTS GURU (We / Us) and You the User. By using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. Please read these “Terms and Conditions” before you commence using this website. By using this website, or our services you agree without written consent required that you accept the Terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Please cease the use of our website and or services provided if you DO NOT agree to the Terms and Conditions. To enter this agreement, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and be legally eligible to be bound by this Agreement. You must also be able and competent to enter and agree with the terms, conditions and obligations set forth in this Agreement. By accepting this agreement, we can assume that you have the capacity to be bound by it. You may not use this website if you are under the legal age in your respective country to do so.

Users

Site Membership

Anyone of legal age in their respective country is permitted to create a user account on beatingthespreadguru.com. All that is required is a valid email address, and an agreement to these Terms and Conditions. A User (one person) agrees to a subscription term, based on the users request for either a weekly, monthly, or full year service plan. Service plans may have promotions or discounts from time to time and users agree that they are making a financial commitment for the full amount of the term they select. A User agrees that there are no refunds for any term once an agreement to secure that term has been processed through the payment system. The User agrees to never disseminate any of the information found within the Members or Subscribers Sections of the paid Service, All written content, analysis, reviews, tips and statistics are to be used within the sites framework and are not to be copied in way, by way of screen shot, copy / paste, or any other method of duplicating the private content. All content by and of may only be used or shared with our express written permission. Sharing of the paid subscribers services information is a serious breach of the terms and conditions of this website, and may result in immediate termination without refund and Users may be prosecuted under the terms of this agreement, .

Sharing Access to User Services

At no time is the User to share the paid services sections of the site with any other parities either via direct access to the site or in person to person viewing, either through mobile devices or video related transmissions. Users may not pool together to form a group and view the services sections and information contained in the subscriber areas as a group (two or more people).

Membership Disclaimer (not a book making, betting or gambling site)

BTS Guru is not a booking making or betting site. We do not accept or take money to wager or place bets on any event. We are not owned, operated or a subsidiary of any betting agency, sportsbook or other gambling related company or website service. We are not affiliated with any betting agency or sportsbook and we do not recommend, introduce or indorse the services of these said services companies. We do recommend that any User conduct their own due diligence on these services companies to make an informed choice and always gamble responsibly. The BTS GURU service is an information only service and information is provided to the User (for a service fee) including statistics, analysis of previous and upcoming events, injury lists and other important information to provide the User with information about general outcomes. There are no guarantees for the outcomes predicted, reviewed, or discussed. We do not guarantee any of our predictions. Any monetary investment placed because of information provided by Us from the beatingthespreadguru.com site and or its social media channels is to be used by the User at their sole risk. We do not accept any liability for financial loss of any nature because of the information provided by beatingthespreadguru.com.

Warranty Disclaimer

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you expressly understand and agree to and accept that: (a) Your use of the service is at your sole risk (b) the service provided is on an “as is” and “as available” basis, Beating the Spread Guru Pty Ltd makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free (iii) the Results from these Services will be accurate or reliable (iv) any errors will be corrected (v) the quality of services, products, content or other material purchased or provided to you through the use of the Service will meet your expectations (d) no warranties will be created by information (written or otherwise) obtained by you from Beating the Spread Guru Pty Ltd or the Service unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

Services are provided for the full term of the agreement either Weekly, Monthly or Annually as selected by the User. Weekly services are billed Monday’s and provide the User with a full weeks worth of services, from Monday to Sunday. Monthly services are billed the 1st day of each month regardless of the day of the week and provide the USER with a full months worth of services, from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month which in some cases is 28, 30 or 31 days of service. Yearly services are billed the 1st day a User signs up and provides a years worth of services or the duration of 365 days. Services in each of the weekly, monthly or yearly categories are non-refundable. Services fees are paid for the term of the agreement entered into by the user. A user may choose to change their services plan from Weekly to Monthly or Monthly to Weekly by way of changing during the period for the next billing cycle. Yearly subscriber services are non-refundable and can be altered to a Monthly or Weekly service at the end of the subscription term.

Cancellations or Terminations

BTS Guru reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of BTSGuru and can be made without any cost, charge or liability. Any notice of termination will be sent to you via your registered account email address. BTS GURU also reserves the right to terminate any Service or portion of Service at any time, for any reason.

Limitations and Liability

Liability

BTS GURU shall not be held accountable or liable to You or any User of the beatingthespreadguru.com website for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site. This includes, but is not limited to loss of business, loss of income, or other financial losses related to a Users actions. Content provided by third parties on the site that is used for events, markets, results and odds is published as it is when supplied to us. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of this third party information. It is the responsibility of the User to take appropriate steps to verify this information before using it or acting upon it. We can not be deemed responsible for content of any third party website you visit when leaving our website via a link provided by Us or any other User and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages you incur as a result thereof. We will endeavour to maintain 100% uptime of the website. We shall not be held liable for any damage caused by site downtime due to unforeseen circumstances, site maintenance or otherwise. BTS GURU will not be liable for damages if any notifications of new content are missed by the User. You, the User must inform us if you believe a result has been recorded incorrectly. We cannot be held liable for such errors, but are able to amend any legitimate errors brought to our attention. BTS GURU’s decision is final. Odds and results data come from a third party feed, we cannot be held responsible if the feed is incorrect or not available at any given time.You certify to US that you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to legal fees, awards of damages, losses or costs that we may incur as a result of any claim made directly or indirectly based on the violation of these Terms and Conditions.
